Bespoke Bar Front at Harvey Nichols, Manchester

We were approached by Harvey Nichols, Manchester to assist with the design and manufacture of a bespoke bar front for their award-winning Second Floor Bar.

There were many design options for the Bar that the team at Harvey Nichols were thinking of. The final design that was chosen was Diamond & Triangle shaped panels upholstered in Grey, White & Blue Vinyl.

They used a shop fitting company to manufacture the bar front and the shapes; they were then given to us to apply the foam and upholster them. Putting all the pieces together on the bar front was like a jigsaw! Each shape had its’ own specific number and place on the Bar; so if one was wrong – it had to be re-done!

Once the Bar was completed, we arranged for the shop fitting company to come and collect it from us, so that it could be delivered and installed whilst the Bar was closed.

April 2016 saw the team manufacturing and upholstering some more Diamonds & Triangles for the Bar, as the colour scheme was changing. The Blue Vinyl was to be changed to a Slate Grey Vinyl.
