Unique Working Space Renovation

Ashton Old Baths was built in 1870 in the Italianate style. It functioned as a public swimming pool until 1975 and then lay derelict until 2013 when Tameside Council and Place First secured funding to restore and renovate the building.

The £4m refurbishment is now home to a new digital, creative and media hub offering flexible office accommodation for local businesses.

We completed bespoke meeting/ work booths that were installed around the building and an L-shaped seating area for one of the new businesses moving into the newly renovated building.

We were honoured to be a part of this renovation of the Grade II listed building – which also happens to be in our home borough of Tameside!
